But it's a pretty easy fix for any decent shop that does guitar repair. It's true, that would have been honored under the warranty. I was having intonation problems with my (very similar) AC375 - sent it back to Carvin and since I got it back it plays and intonates nearly perfect (there is no "perfect" intonation on any acoustic bridge, I don't believe)! any good luthier could still fix the problem though with a minor fret dressing. You should have sent it back while it was still under warranty to have the fret problem addressed. It's been sitting in the case untouched for years. It is trully artistically gorgeous, but sucks to the point were I would feel guilty about selling it to anyone else. That and the fact that the bridge can't be intonated make this the most beautifully useless guitar I've ever seen or owned. But the guitar was only playable for about 12 months before the the width of the neck shrunck so much that the frets all the way from the first to the last fret protrude out of the edges making the guitar unplayable.
